Message	You basically plead guilty and pay a fine (usually the amt of the ticket) Then, if you don't get any tickets in 3 months, the ticket is dismissed (you don't get $$ back) In TX we don't have points, so I don't know how that would work. Basically you pay a fine and "be on your best behavior" for 90 days. See if they have it...some places do not.
